Sometimes the hustle and bustle of city life can get to be too much. Sometimes open plan living can feel a bit too open. Hycroft Towers is one of Vancouver’s most significant modernist landmarks built in 1952. The original single-paned steel-framed ribbon windows offer unparalleled clarity and panoramic city views but do little to dampen noise from the busy traffic intersection below. The open layout can make it difficult to find privacy or to carve out space for discrete activities like a home office. Stay tuned while we work out the details on this micro-renovation.
